The Manchester Law Society and the Manchester Evening News have joined forces to launch the first ever Manchester Legal Awards.

Introduced to showcase the huge wealth of legal talent in the region, the awards will recognise the range of practice areas and skills needed to create and sustain a successful firm.

Excellence, achievement and innovation among individuals, teams and firms will be celebrated at a splendid dinner at The Midland Hotel on Thursday 4 March 2010.

It's been worth the wait
